Nutraé started in a home kitchen in Karachi, with a five-tray oven, a candy thermometer, and a stubborn refusal to accept that "healthy" and "delicious" had to be a compromise. No investors. No factory. Just a belief that we deserved better snacks than the ones on our shelves.

We changed one thing at a time, tasted everything, and never locked in a recipe we wouldn't proudly serve our own family.
