EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our bars. Nutraé retains discretion to accept or deny exchange requests.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (Original invoice or online screenshot) is required.
- Eligible only when item is defective, missing, or wrongfully delivered.
- Exchanges are only for the same product.
- Customer must state the reason for exchange.
- Customer is notified after acceptance.
