Before we were in stores, we were in a home kitchen. Everything was small-batch because it had to be. We spent months testing every single ingredient, tray by tray, minute by minute.
We saw the market filled with expensive imports that sat on shelves for months, or cheap local fillers masquerading as "health foods." We knew there was a better way.
